Fees:

Pick Up: Free
You will receive an email or txt when your order is ready to be picked up.
You can pick up from our store: Shop 3, 27 Mokoia Road, Birkenhead, Auckland, New Zealand.

Store hours: Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 4pm
Closed Sunday & Monday

New Zealand-wide Delivery: 
Standard Tracked delivery: $7.00 - $14
Rural delivery $11.80 - $18.80

PLEASE NOTE: Our shipping system can sometimes incorrectly calculate shipping. If you have been charged too much shipping, we will partially refund you.

 

International:

Not available at this time but please get in contact if there is something you really need.

Shipping Process:

Once you have placed your order online, you will receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details.

Please allow 1 - 2 business days for us to gather your order together. 
Once your order has been packed and shipped you will receive a second email with tracking details.
If you do not receive either email, please check your spam folder before reaching out to us.
New Zealand Delivery: Please allow 1 - 3 business days for Metro Areas and 3 - 5 days if you are Rural.

Returns:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may contact us within 7 days of your purchase. Return postage will be at the senders cost and all items must be returned in the original packaging and in an unused condition.

After we have received and assessed the returned items we can offer you a store credit to use in-store or online.

If you receive a faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will either replace the item or issue a refund or store credit once we have received the returned item. We will cover the cost to return the item if we request it.
